They provide a total of £ 20G,i147, and £21,1(57 iulilition.nl for Public Works. The Sauioan Royal Commission inquiry involves a vote of £3000. Other items aro:— [ New Zealand Cricket Council for ex- ! pense of English tour, £,1000. Special grant to Sir Tiuby King on retirement, £1250. Further appropriation in respect of Royal visit £5000. Cow-testing organisation subsidy 1 snoo. Main highways account, additional for construction account, & 75,000. j Working railways, & 13,000 for increase in salaries to first divisio- officers due to regrading. Education loan account £5000 for the purchase of stock for the North Island Agricultural College.
