Following complaints of the quality of the. food, mutinies occurred in tho military prison at Toulon and on board, the cruiser Ernest Renan, where,* 54 arrests were made. The Minister o£ Marine, M.. Leygues, is inquiring into a suggestion that the mutinies were ia» stigated by Communists.
