NEW ZEALAND MEAT
HANDLING AND STORAGE
(Received 11th August, 2.30 p.m.)'
LONDON, 10th, August. The "Westminster Gazette" says that the New Zealand Meat Producers' Board, despite the slight reductions offered and allegedly on account of the exorbitant rentals at present being charged at the stores, is installing its own plant on the Thames siffe. near Smithfieia, the ships bringing the cargo direct to the wharf, where the meat will be stored, treated, and sorted.
