The third annual meeting of Yellow Cabs, Ltd., o£ Australia, is called for next week in Melbourne. Business will include .confirmation o£ the interim dividend, paid 31st December at the rate of 10 percent, per annum, and authorisation of a similar dividend, at the same rate, for the half-, year, ended 30th June last. Net profits, including balance brought forward from last year, and allowing for depreciation, taxation, increase of reserves, amount to £41,250. The company's Melbourne and Sydney fleets of cabs total 502. The paidup capital of the company is £401,194.
