(By Telegraph.—Press Association ) DUNEDIN, This Day A special meeting of the City Council this, morning deckled to raise temporary finance to cover the £5000 loan for relief works for the unemployed It was to pay 12s per day to married and 9s to single men. The financing of the relief works will mean an increase of one penny in the pound on tho rates for next year. Eighty urgent cases will start work on Monday,
