(Received 18th June, 2.30 p.m V GIBRALTAR, 17th June!^, Lieutenant Duffield, who shot Colonel J. Fitzgerald, commanding the second Battalion of the East' Surreys at Gibraltar, has been found guilty, the jury rejecting a plea of insanity, but recommending him to mercy. He was sentenced to death. *••-
