PARIS, 15th Jun«. _ Ettore Bugatti, the racing motor designer, is constructing a supef-motor-boat, with which he will attempt to make a voyage from Brest to New York in forty-eight hours. The boat is shaped like a subnmino,. fitted with eight petrol engines of a new type, totalling 2400 horse-power. It will' be 120 feet long and 7 feet wide. Its maximum speed will be 87-miles an hour if the sea is calm. It will be navigated from the bridge, but otherwise it will bo sealed up like a submarine, and will be steered by means of a periscope. The crew will number eight.
