SHANGHAI, 15th June Japanese residents are fleeing from ilaiehow following the capture of, th« town by the Southerners, who have reached Tsingtao. A steamer report* similar and worse outrages than when the troops entered Nanking. The town was completely looted. Refugees' homes were burned and the Southerners boarded a refugee ship and committed outrages and looting, prior to allowing it to depart.
