RUGBY, 13th June.

Members of the Leagne Council assembled at Geneva during .the-week-end arid began to deal with amendments to-day. There are thirty-five snbjects for discussion in open meeting, but it is generally known that the presence of statesmen at Goneva will enable a private exchange of views upon many current problems, which do not figure on agenda. The Three-Power Naval Conference, initiated by President Coolidge, begins at Geneva this week.
