NATIONAL DAIRY ASSOCIATION
The 33rd annual report of the National Dairy Association of New.-Zealand stated that its membership roll stands at '241. Dairying production lias been good, as the climatic conditions have been extremely favourable, particularly in Auckland. Ta« rsinaki had a late start, but since then ha« done veil. Auckland on the other hand, has gone from record to record throughout the season. The. autumui particular* ly, has been outstandingly good:,---Condi* tions in other dairying centres have been , good on the whole, and the season promises to finish with a very creditable total increase over last season's production. The high water mark established in the preceding season, 1924-25, is not, however, likely to be surpassed. Messrs. T. Bassett and A. Morton have been re-elect-ed unopposed to the directorate for the Auckland and Taranaki districts. '
There will be a contest for the Wellington vacancy, for which Messrs. J. G-, Brechin and E. Maul have been nominated.
