The "Giornale d'ltala." reports that the Albanian Government arrested the Jugo-Slav Legation interpreter at Durazzo, a police agent, and two Montenegrin chauffeurs on a charge of espionage. The Jugo-Slav Minister protested against the arrest, but the Albanian authorities replied that the arrested man was an Albanian subject, and not diplomatically immune, because formal notification of his appointment had not been given. They also stated that Koniitnjis attacked an Albanian frontier post, when two Albanian gendarmes were wounded.
