« RUM TREATY "UPHELD (United Press Association.—Copyright.) WASHINGTON, 31st May. The Supreme Court refused to review the decision of tho .Federal Courts in New York, dismissing the suit of the Association of Masters and Mates at tacking the constitutionality of tho British rum treaty. The provisions of tho treaty, under which British vessels are permitted to bring liquor into American ports under seal, are especially attacked.
