'The Onslow Horticultural and Beautifying Society's Show was opened on Saturday night by the Mayor (Mr. C. J. B, Norwood).

Pot Plants.—Mrs. Oakley 1 first; Rona Brooker 3 firsts, 3 seconds; Mrs. Blythe 1 second; Mrs. Nichols 3 firsts, 3 seconds. _Ladies' Class.—Mrs. Eadcs 1 first; Miss Hay lock 2 firsts, 3 seconds; Rona Brooker 3 firsts, 1 second; P. Monroe 2 firsts, 2 seconds; Mrs. Cresswell 1 second. Home Industries.—Marjorie Brooker 2 firsts; Mrs. Cresswell 1 first and 2 seconds; Mrs. Grant 5 firsts, 1 second; Miss Kelly 2 seconds; Mrs. Brooker 1 first; Misa Haylock 2 firsts; Airs. Watson I second: Miss Waldie 2 firsts.
