HEATHER FOR DUCHESS

A delicate attention was paid to Her Eoyal Highness the Duchess of York by the Tongariro National Park Board on her arrival in that district, in sending for table decorations a selection oi the different types <n: heather growing in the Park. This was arranged by the acting-chairman (Mr. B. M. Wilson), who has since received an appreciative acknowledgment of the board's courtesy from Earl Cavan, who stated that he was desired by Her Eoyal Highness to thank the board most warmly for its action.
