A good number of trainers are working their horpea at Ashhurst in readiness for the Manawatu Meeting. When Sea Pearl ran second in 4mia 26 2-ssec at Alexandra Park, a 2.13 gait she registered time which must be a r£ cord for her age and sex. A good number of Auckland horses -will be raced at the Taranaki Meeting next Saturday. 8
