Commissioner anil Airs, ll.ay will" visit iiik! conduct special iSumlay evening services at tlie Salvation Anuy Hall, Laing's load, Lower Hutt. To meet the Army's Ki-uu-iiig needf tin aggressive policy of development has been launched by the Commissioner, and about the end oi' April new balls and ollicer's resilience will be opened. The Salvation Army will open then n-ork in M'Curdy's Hall, Upper Hutt, tomorrow. The opening ewvices and installation of ollicers will be conducted by Brigffdicr Mncanlay, assisted by the Petone S..lvation Army Silver Hand. A welcome is extended to all. Colonel and Mrs Knott, accompanied by the Headquarters Quartette Party, will conduct the welcome meetings to the new olliccrs, Captain and Mrs. Sausom, appointed to Minimal. New halls and officer's residence are in course of erection to meet the Army's needs in the district, and will be ooened about the end of April.
