SATURDAY, sth MARCH. rPHE following Streets will be closed for ■*• Vehicular Traffic at 4.30 p.m.:— North end of Lambton quay. Featherston street, north ot Bunny street. East end of Mulgrave street. Thovndon quay, south of Davis street. TRAM TRAFFIC will stop at 5 p.m. on •Lambton quay between Molesworth street, and Lambton Station; on Featherston street between Bunny street and .Lambton quay; on Thorndon quay between Davis street and Lambton Station. PARKING OF CARS will not be allowed on THORNDON QUAY between Lambton Station and Davis street, FEATHERSTON STREET from Lambton Station to Bunny street, LAMBTON QUAY. WILLIS STREET, MANNERS STREET, COURTENAY PLACE, between Taranaki street and Clyde quay, except on car park at Ford Building, KENT TERRACE, ELLICE STREET, between Kent terrace and Dufferin street, DUFFERIN STREET. RUGBY STREET between Dufferin street and Adelaide road. The streets through which the Procession passes will be closed to traffic at 5 p.m., viz., Lambton quay, Willis street, Manners street, Conrtenay place, Kent terrace, ElHce, and Dufferin streets. North-bound traffic from Adelaide road to proceed via Rugby and Tasman streets. South-bound traffic from Thorndon to proceed via Waterloo quay, oi Davis street, Moturoa street, and Pipitea street. GENERAL. Ail Trams on any route that the Royal Party will pass along during their visits to the various functions are to stop, and remain stationary until the Royal Party and Official cars have passed. Rope barriers will be used where required to close streets near Lambton Station and the Town Hall and traffic is hereby warned to observe them. MONDAY, 7th MARCH. CIVIC BECEPTION. The following streets will be Closed to traffic at 8 a.m. Lower Cuba street between Mercer and Wakefield streets, Mercer street east of Education Board's Office to Jervois quay. The following streets will be closed to vehicular traffic at 10.15 a.m. along the route from Government House to the Town Hall: viz., Dufferin street, Ellice street, Cambridge terrace, Vivian street, Cuba street, Lower Cuba street to Wakefield street, Wakefield street, east and west, of Cuba street, Jervois quay and Victoria street. Vehicles must not be standing on the above jmte after 10.15 a.m. Cars nlay be parked as follows:— On Mercer street, west of Education Building. On Wakefield street, west of Education Building. On Wakefield street, east of Cuba street. On jervois quay. Streets will be reopened for usual traffic after tlie Royal Party has returned to Government House, i.e., about 12 (noon). FOR OPENING OF KARITANE HOME. The following streets will be closed to traffic from 11.45 a.m., viz.:— Rugby street, Adelaide road. Ridil'ford street, Mansfield street, Roy street, Manchester street. Cars must not park in Manchester street. Only Cars will be allowed to enter Karitaue Home Grounds. Cai-s may be parked in Sutherland crescent and Sutherland road. Traffic will ! c stopped in Manchester street, Roy street, and Mansiield street until the Royal Party has returned to Government House. FOR MILITARY PAGEANT, NEWTOWN PARK. The following streets will be closed to vehicular traffic at 2 p.m.:— Mansfield street. Roy street. Arehicular traffic is to proceed to Newtown Park via Constable street, Normanby street, Newtown avenue, Donald M'Leau street, and Daniell street. Cars may be parked in any of these streets, but will not be allowed to park in Mansfield street or Roy street. At no time during the whole period of the performance of the Military Tattoo will parking be allowed in Mansfieid or Roy streets. TUESDAY, Bth MARCH. FOR SCOUT PARADE. PARLIAMENT BUILDINGS. The following streets will be closed to vehicular traffic at 10.30 a.m.,-vis.:— Dufferin street, Ellice street, Cambridge terrace, Conrtenay place, Manners street, Willis street. Lambton quay. Traffic will lie stopped on , the same route during the return of the Royal Party. Bowen street and Molesworth street will be closed to traffic at 10 a.m. • Cars will not be allowed td stand in Aitkcn street or Molesworth street, as far west as I'ipitea street. FOR GOVERNMENT LUNCHEON. Lower Cuba street will be closed to traffic at 12.30 p.m. until after luncheon.
