Mornington—9.lo, 9.25 a.m. LIVING FLAG DISPLAY AT NEWTOWN PARK, MONDAY, 7th MARCEL 5000 children taking part in the Flag Display are being taken to Newtown Park by special trams, arriving at Park between ].3O and 2 p.m., and departing between 4 and 4.30 p.m. It will considerably assist the Department in handling traffic if the public will not leiive tho_ Park in any great nutnbera when the children are being taken, away.
