REPORT OF A SELECT OCMMITTEE
(Received 4th March, 2 p.m.) MELBOURNE, Tllis Day. The report of the committee appointed by the Federal Parliament to investigate the electoral system recommends the abolition of the compulsory, signing of newspaper articles, and that no vehicle shall be hired on behalf of any candidate or political organisation on poling day except for the exclusive use of incapacitated voters. .-
