AUSTRALIAN CANNED FRUITS.
Several, big packers of Australian canned fruits have withdrawn from further sal»s of the new crop o£ peaches and pears. The opinion of the wholesale trade here appears to be that this is but a precautionary measure until more is known about the production of the peach and pear crops. Apricots are practically all packed and business in them completed.
