SHOP DESTROYED

TB AWAMUTU, This Day.
A fire at 10 o'clock on. Saturday night completely destroyed a bakery shop and a dwelling which was attached. The building was occupied by Mr. C. K. Knowles, and owned by Mr. J. H. Burns. The contents were not insured, but the building was covered to the extent of £800 in the Queensland office, The brigade prevented the spread g£ the flamgg to the adjoiningjremiaes.
