FIRE AND BURGLARY

AUCKLAND, 22rd January.
A sequel to the sensational affair at Panisiure (reported on Saturday), was the appeaarnce in the Magistrate's Court this morning of Leslie George Dunn, 16J years of age, who was charged with .breaking and entering the counting house of David James Young, and stealing cigarettes, chocolates and goods of a. total value of £3 10s. He was further charged with wilfully setting fire to Mr. Young's building in Bright street, Panmure, on Thursday evening.
On the application of Senior-Detec-tive Hammond, Dunn, who i 3 a small youth in short trousers, was remanded until 27th January.
