BUILDINGS DECLARED BLACK

BRISBANE, This Day. A meeting of the eommittc of the building trade group of unions decided that all Government building work bo declared black and that employees hand in notices immediately. It was also resolved to picket all Government works.
A meeting of Cabinet decided to insist on the observance :of the fortyfour hours week. It is anticipated that other building works will shortly be declared black, and that the trouble will extend to road transport workers.
