DANNEYIKKE, Ist January. . The Wellington Country Cluds' amateur ntlilotic championships woro held at Dannevlrlce to-day In fine weather and In tfco presence of a big crowd of spectators. Mastertoa, liul!l---ers of the MTilly Shield, retained Its possession with 93% points, Dauaovlrke being second with 30% points. Then came Mangatainoka (28), Manawatu (18), Oartorton U2>£), Papatawa (9), Eketatiuna (7»,A), Hastings (3), Feilding (3). Several spills occurred in the bicycle races. In the three miles, H. Hill, T.
