QUEEN'S THEATRE.
Douglas. Faii-banks, in "The Black Pirate" is showing at the Queen's Theatre this week. Fairbanks is the romance adventurer, achieving thrills through his hazardous, always inimitable, and frsquently amusing "saints." His ingenuity and athletic poiyers are big factors in his struggle to win a captured damsel from a shipload.of bloodthirsty pirates. This situation forms the drama of the picture, as well as the backbone of the 1 story. Taken .throughout in natural colours, it is one of the most elaborate films of the year. Miss Billie Dove plays opposite the star. Others in the cast are Donald Crips, Sam de Grasse, Anders Randolf, Charles Stevens, E. J. Ratcliffe, and Charles Belcher. '• A gazette and' comedy are in support, arid the orchestra plays suitable music. ..■-.'-.
