KING'S THEATRE.

'JFig Leaves" and "Wet Paint" are the' attractions at the King's Theatre this week. "Kg Leaves,"-presented by William Fox, depicts the scenes in the Garden oi Eden, where the demure Eve is carefully selecting a fig-leaf with the wily serpent at.her shoulder whispering temiltations. It also shows the exclusive shop of. to-day, where she is. again tempted into a compromising situation by her lova of the beautiful. The part of,. Adam, the first niaa as well as the modest plumber and the Tmsband of the. modern Eve, is played by George O'Brien. The prehistoric sequences are splendidly portrayed. In striking contrast to the age of Innocence in the Garden is the modern fashion review. "Wet Paint" is the tale of a rich young man who is tricked into a proposal. He really loves.the girl, but she has entered into the affair only on account of' a bet. Discovering this, the outraged lover vows'that he is going to marry the first girl who crosses his path. Raymond Griffith and Helen Costello-take the important parts. There is a good supporting programme, and appropriate music is played by the King's Orchestra. :
