At last night's meeting-of tho Taknpuna Council, the1 borough solicitor artvised that there was no right.of appoil against Mr. Jns'tice: Adams's judgment, and that the -owners, of tho yellow buses must apply to "the No. 2 licensing au> thority for licenses to run to Takapuna. ■ It was decided thut the proposal to acquire the undertaking of the Tramway and Ferry Company be advertised afresh, with the object of taking the ratepayers' poll at tfie end of Jannar^.
