The "Daily Telegraph" says that a well-informed diplomatic sorrespondent states that it can no longer be disputed that Prince Carol's recall and reinstatement have been earnestly considered in Court and political circles, owing to the delicate condition of King Ferdinand, and most likely an ordor revoking his banishment will be given effect to as soon as Queen Maria reaches Bucharest and discusses the existing regency with the Council anj Prince Carol's domestic future.
