The Eumanian Minister states that advices from Bucharest reaffirm that the King is improving. The reporti of coups d'etat and civil war are 84 misleading as the pessimistic account* regarding King Ferdinand.
The Queen's return is ' expected to have a steadying effect.
It is pointed out that the most alarmist reports come from Berlin, Vienna, and Budapest, where internal complications in Eumania would be welcomed.
