"As for strikes, I do not believe there will be any for tho next five years," declared Mr. Havelock Wilson, in addressing the Baltic Exchange. "The ordinary workman of England has no use for Red* propaganda. During the war it was a grand sight to see the yonng men going out whistling 'Tipperary.' I hope the breed has not quite succumbed."
