RAISING FUNDS
PLAN TO ROB NOTRE DAME.

PARIS, 3rd November. The "Petit Parisien" says that the leaders of the Spanish revolutionary plot gathered four hundred supporters and collected arms in Paris. The "Petit Parisien" suggests that the plot may be connected with the discovery two months ago of a plan to carry off the Notre Dame treasures for the purpose of raising funds to Over- ' throw Mussolini or de Rivera.
