PARTY ARRESTED IN SOUTH OF FRANCE

The police have arrested thirty-eight Spaniards and Italians in Perpignan, near the Spanish frontier, suspected of belonging to a revolutionary organisation, intending to enter Spain disguised as tourists. Field telephones and military equipment wcro found among their baggage.
