ROYAL ROMANCE
LEOPOLD AND ASTRID
CASE OF LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT
BELIGIOUS DIFFERENCE SETTLED.
(United Press Association. —Copyright.) LONDON, 2nd November. The "Daily Express" special correspondent at Stockholm says that he is ablo to tell a true story of a royal romance now nearing the wedding bells stage. The story began with a visit of the Queen of. Belgium and her son. to Copenhagen in 1925. Later they
visited Stockholm, absolutely incognito. Princo Leopold and Princess Astrid then first met. It was literally a case of love at first sight. The course of true love did not run smoothly, howover. Troubles arose over religion, but the Pope has given a dispensation, and the Princess will not change from PrOitcstanism, but has given a written promise that any children will be brought up as Eoman Catholics.
