PUNITIVE EXPEDITION
MUEDEES IN NEW BEITAIN. (Beceived <ith November, 2.30 p.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. A radio n-^vage fa-om Eabaul states that a punitive expedition of about thirty whites and seventy native police has been dispatched to the scene of the recent murders of three white men by natives, armed with rifles and ma-chine-guns. It is reported that 500 natives have risen.... ' !
