KING'S THEATRE
' "The Tower of Lies," a 'Metro-Goldwyn special, is now in the middle of a most successful engagement at ;the King's Theatre. Lon.Chaney, "the. genius with a thousand faces," heads a superb cast. Through the use of' make-up Chancy has been able to interpret ■ a-variety -of roles' which the average character actor could never expect to portray. "The Tower of Lies" is a screen adaptation by Agnes Christine Johnstone of Splma Lagerlof's "The Emperor, of.. Portugallia," and was directed by Victor Seastrqm. Chancy and Norma Shearer are co-starred. The supporting cast includes many players of note. Entertaining supporting subjects are included, together with, superb orchestral music.
