Herr Hauswirth, a member .of the editorial staff of the Communist newspaper "Rote Palme," was sentenced to nine months' imprisonment for publishing a cartoon entitled "Beware of tho Dog," depicting President Hindenburg as a mangy cur crushing a bone labelled "Constitution."
