INTO SUMMER HEAD DRESS
Sunday's stormy weather, did not betoken the arrival of summer, but all was well, meteorologically speaking, yesterday, and in accordance with the rule which has obtained for some time the police on point duty dutifnlly observed Ist November by resuming their white helmets for summer wear. The policemen wear the white helmets from Ist November, whether it feels like summer or not.
