WELLINGTON, ASSOCIATION.
Business transacted at the Wellington Cricket Association's Management Committee last evening was mostly of a routine nature. Mr. GV G. Wilson was in the chair. The state of the wicket for senior cricket at the Hutt Recreation. Ground was the subject of a report by the Senior Championship Committee. In making the report Mr. H. J. Biu said that the wicket was not suitable for senior cricket .'in its present state, and the opinion of .the' Championship Committee was thafc.;immediate steps should be taken to eSiot :cn;;improvement. .It was decidedjifo /draw the Hutt Club's attention'to.the:matter.
