TO-DAY'S FORECAST.

During the past twenty-four houri baromefrie pressure was unsteady. Unsettled conditions, with scattered rain, have prevailed, but the weather was mostly fair to cloudy this morning in the South. The forecast is for changeable and showery weather in the northern districts, and unsettled and cloudy at times elsewhere. Rain is probable on tho West Coast and southern districts. The barometer shows little movement in the North, but has a falling tendency in the South.
