THE FRENCH BUDGET
PROVISION FOR WAR DEBTS AND SINKING- FUNDS.
(United Press Association.—Copyright.) PARIS, 12th October. The Budget shows that the revenue for the current year is estimated at 39,060 million francs, and the expenditure at 39,382 million francs. Of the revenue the sum of 2375 million francs, including 1542 millions from reparations, is earmarked for the payment of foreign debts. Sums of 3133 million francs and 3500 millions from the recently-created fnnd are available for internal debt redemption. Five hundred millions will be devoted to an unpublished scheme to increaso national production and adjust Civil servants' salaries.
