OPOTIKI, This Day. The Hon. K. S. Williams,, who arrived early yesterday afternoon, was entertained at a conversazione, welcomed formally, and congratulated on his elevation to Ministerial rank. Subsequently Mr. Williams received deputations dealing with, the roads, the railway, and the hydro scheme. He was entertained at a banquet in the evening. On every hand the Minister received congratulations from his constituents. He left for Gisborne this morning.
