' The capital of the Now Zealand Cricket Company, Limited, which has been formed for the purpose of financing a Dominion cricket team to tour England, is ,€.10,0P0-:dividcd into £1 shares. Ten shillings on each share will be paid on application, and the remaining ten shillings may be called up in five shilling calls at intervals of not less, than one calendar month. Tho directors arc not to receive any remuneration, and before they can proceed to allotment 3000 shares must lie subscribed.
