FINANCING A TOUR
NEW ZEALAND CRICKETERS FOR ENGLAND
FORMATION OF COMPANY.
(Bj Telegraph.—Press Association.) , CHBISTCHUBCH, 13 th October. ' The capital of the Now Zealand Cricket Company, Limited, which has been formed for the purpose of financing a Dominion cricket team to tour England, is ,€.10,0P0-:dividcd into £1 shares. Ten shillings on each share will be paid on application, and the remaining ten shillings may be called up in five shilling calls at intervals of not less, than one calendar month. Tho directors arc not to receive any remuneration, and before they can proceed to allotment 3000 shares must lie subscribed. The directors of the company, each of whorii' has taken, fifty shares, arc:—Daniel Eeesc, Christchurchj-mcrchant; Frederick Karl, Auckland, barrister; Sir Francis Henry Dillon Bell, Wellington, barrister; Louis Joseph Joel, Duneclm, accountant; John Stephen Barrett, Christchureb, barrister; William Hihnels Winsor, Christchurch, building contractor; Ernest Bobson Caygill, Christchureh, sharebroker; Arthur Telford Donnelly, Christchureh, barrister; Henry Morgan Taylor, Ch'ristehurch, company manager. The secretaries of the company -arc Messrs. J. R Peake and A. E. Byrne, Christchureh. '
