A TRAGEDY AVERTED.
Percy was under a cloud —liis girl wouldn't look at him, she couldn't stand that coarse tobacco whi'h.hc smoked. She said in confidence it "hung about" her hair. Bti't it's all right between them now. Percy has taken to Edgeworth —-and his girl 'has taken to him again. He gets twice the enjoyment from his pipe, a*nd she likes it, too.— Advt.
