BROKEN BYLAWS

Broaches of the bylaws were dealt with by Mr. J. H. Salmon, S.M., in the Magistrate's Court on Tuesday afternoon. Failure to possess a driver's license cost John Henry Jenner £1. Norman Henry Frascr and Fredorick Cecil Bouton were each fined £2 for speeding.
