The weather has been changeable and scattered xainfalls were reported this morning in both the North and South Islands. Moderate to strong easterly, winds have predominated and atmospheric pressure has decreased slowly; since last night. There wag a thunderstorm in the far North yesterday afternoon. Dull, misty, and foggy conditions are forecasted, preceding rain generally, and more snow is likely to fall on tiio higher levels in the South.
