COMPANY WOUND UP

(Special to "The Evonlno Post.") AUCKLAND, This Day. Application was made to Mr. Justice Herdman m a bankruptcy jurisdiction to wind up the Surfdales Estates, Ltd., which wanted an adjournment until after Christmas because the present was a bad Beason for land agents. Counsel stated that he could show that the new company had been formed to take over the assets of the old concern, which had been insolvent for so many years that it could not meet its obligations nor account for the money received. The company_ still employed a number of salesmen at high salaries.'
