Wakatu played gamely against Wesley at Karori, and although their eleven included two schoolboys, the match was not as one-sided as the score, in Wesley's favour, would indicate. Scorers for Wesley -were Freethy, Johnston, Watkinson, and Burder, and |or Wakatu Joromson.
