MR. H. C. HOYLB.

Mr. H. C. Hoyle, formerly Minister of Mines and Labour and Industry, is doad, aged 73 years.
He was an engineer by trade, and for many years was active in the industrial and political Labour movement. He entered Parliament in 1891, in the Protectionist interest.
