According tij. Mr. W. J. Jordan (Manukau), the terms of the report of the Rural Credits Commission were decided upon before the Commissioners left for their tour abroad. Speaking in the House of Representatives yesterday afternoon, Mr. Jordan said that Mr. W. J. Poison, one bf the Commissioners, was "given a trip round the world to come back and say-certain things."
