AUCKLAND, 3rd May,

After many remands on account of his inability to leave gaol owing to the state> of his health, Septimus Page, the Clevedon farmer, who has been in custody for a considerable period on a charge of murdering his twin children, appeared in the Magistrate's Court this morning. Chief-Detective Cummings said he would have to ask that Page be again remanded, as "'age considered that his physical condition was such that he would be unable to follow the evidence. Accordingly accused was further remanded.
